Something For Everyone...


  • 30ml of Tan Dowr Vodka

  • 20ml of Bourbon
    (e.g Woodford Reserve)

  • 10-15ml of Maple Syrup

  • A Dash of Angostura Bitters 

Method - Add all ingredients, over ice, to a mixing jar and stir very well. Strain and pour over large cubes of ice into a Whiskey tumbler. Finish with and orange twist run around the rim of the glass and placed into the drink

Tan Dowr

Noir Blush

  • 50ml Tan Dowr Cornish Sea Salt Vodka⠀

  • 25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice⠀

  • 25ml Simple Syrup⠀

  • 25/50ml Pinot Noir ⠀

  • 10 Blueberries⠀

  • 5 Raspberries⠀

Method - Muddle the fresh blueberries and raspberries at the bottom of a double old fashioned glass and top with ice. Add the Tan Dowr Vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a mixing glass and shake vigorously until chilled and combined. Strain over ice and the berries. Carefully pour the Pinot Noir over a spoon into the cocktail to create a red wine "float"

All Cornish Autumnal Vodka Tonic

  • 50ml Tan Dowr Cornish Sea Salt Vodka⠀

  • One Bottle of Sea Buck Blackberry and Honey Tonic

  • Handful or Freshly Picked Cornish Hedgerow Blackberries 


Method - A Simple but delicious 'One Shot Cocktail'. Pour a bottle of Sea Buck Blackberry & Honey Tonic over ice and a double shot of Tan Dowr Vodka. Garnish with some fresh blackberries for the ultimate All Cornish Autmunal Vodka Tonic

All Cornish Autumnal Vodka Tonic

  • 50ml Tan Dowr Cornish Sea Salt Vodka⠀

  • 20ml Golden Syrup

  • 25ml Pineapple Juice

  • 15ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

  • Large Sprig of Fresh Mint to Garnish  

Method - Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Pour over crushed ice into a tall Collins glass. Finally garnish with a large mint sprig

Citrus Mint

Vodka Spritz

  • 50ml Tan Dowr Cornish Sea Salt Vodka ⠀

  • 100ml Sparkling Water (San Pellegrino)⠀

  • 150ml Orange Juice or Freshly Squeezed⠀

  • Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice⠀

  • Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice⠀

  • 1Tsp Honey Syrup ⠀

  • Fresh & Dried Mint Leaves for Garnish 


Method - Add the Tan Dowr Vodka, honey syrup and all fruit juices to a shaker and stir well. Pour over ice and top up with San Pellegrino. Add the dried and fresh mint to garnish


  • 30ml of Tan Dowr Vodka

  • 20ml Kahlua 

  • 20ml Toffee Sauce

  • 50ml Coffee

Method - Shake all ingredients over cubed ice and then fine strain into a martini glass. Finish with three coffee beans floated on top


  • 50ml of Tan Dowr Vodka

  • 50ml of Tomato Juice

  • A Dash of Worcestershire Sauce

  • A Dash of Celery Salt 

  • A Dash of Pepper

Method - Shake well over cubed ice and then fine strain into a glass. Finish with a stick of celery and a small grind of black pepper on top

Salted Hazelnut & Cornish Cream Espresso Martini

  • 50ml Tan Dowr Cornish Sea Salt Vodka⠀

  • 25ml Coffee Liqueur⠀

  • 25ml Baileys⠀

  • 50ml Double Espresso ⠀

  • Crushed Ferrero Rocher to Garnish the Rim


Method - Add all ingredients except the Ferroro Rocher to a shaker with ice. Shake well until ice has all but melted. Pour into a Martini Glass. Submerge the rim in a simple syrup followed by the crushed Ferror Rocher to garnish the rim

TD Raspberry Cosmopolitan

  • 50ml Tan Dowr Cornish Sea Salt Vodka

  • 25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

  • 15ml Honey

  • 5 Raspberries

  • Champagne/Prosecco

Method - Muddle the raspberries and shake with all the ingredients except the Champagne. Double strain into a coupe glass. Finally top with Champagne/Prosecco

Tan Dowr

Drunken Peach

  • 25ml Tan Dowr Cornish Sea Salt Vodka⠀

  • 25ml Spiced Cornish Rum

  • 100ml Peach Juice

  • Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

  • Angostura bitters⠀

Method - Combine all ingredients in shaker over ice. Shake and serve in a rocks glass.⠀

Tan Dowr

Fairytale Negroni

  • 30ml Tan Dowr Cornish Sea Salt Vodka⠀

  • 25ml Campari⠀

  • 25ml Vermouth⠀

  • Cotton Candy and Mint to Garnish 


Method - Add the Tan Dowr Vodka, Campari, Vermouth and ice to a shaker and stir well. Strain the ice and pour over a large ice cub in an Old Fashion glass. Top with Candy Floss and Mint to garnish
